Bayer’s global Diversity and Inclusion program was launched in 2011. It has since been implemented in many Bayer organizations and countries globally. The goal of the program is to educate all employees on how to work more inclusively.
Employee diversity can be defined by various visible and invisible characteristics. It offers a variety of ideas, talents, skills and perspectives. To secure full advantage from this an organization needs to act in an inclusive way to ensure that different perspectives are sought and considered.
