Diversity & Inclusion

Bayer’s global Diversity and Inclusion strategy was kicked off in 2011 and has since then been rolled out in many Bayer organizations and countries globally. The goal of the program is to educate all employees on how to work more inclusively.

Employee diversity can be defined by various visible and invisible differences. With this mix comes a variety of ideas, talents, skills and perspectives. In order to make this work to an organization's full advantage, a company needs to act in an inclusive way to ensure that different perspectives are sought and considered.

At Bayer Consumer Care AG the Diversity and Inclusion strategy has been rolled out and the majority of employees have attended workshops. E-learning modules and other learning material support ongoing training for employees at all levels of the company.
